1. Visa Appointment

Before applying for your visa, you need to book an appointment at the German embassy or consulate. Please upload your appointment confirmation here! This is usually the confirmation email or booking reference you received. We’ll use this to track your progress and coordinate the next steps with you.

    2. Travel Insurance

    Valid health insurance is mandatory for your stay in Germany. Please upload your international health insurance certificate that covers your entire Ferienjob period. Make sure it meets German requirements and includes coverage for medical treatment, hospitalization, and emergency repatriation.

      3. Visa

      Congratulations on receiving your visa! Please enter your visa details below. We need this information to verify your legal authorization to work in Germany and to ensure your employment period aligns with your visa validity. Make sure to enter the exact dates as shown on your visa stamp or sticker in your passport.

        4. Pre-Departure Documents

        Your journey to Germany is almost here! Please share your flight details with us and upload your flight ticket or booking confirmation. We’ll use this information to arrange your pickup from the airport and make sure your accommodation is ready when you arrive. Double-check that all dates and times match your booking, and remember to enter times in local format.

          5. Documents Upon Arrival in Germany

          Welcome to Germany! Now that you’ve arrived, please provide your German bank account details below. We need this information to forward it to your employer so they can process your salary payments. Make sure to double-check your IBAN and BIC for accuracy. Any errors could delay your first payment.
